I'm Marie. I'm a wife, mother, chef, teacher, and holistic nutritionist.
My goal is to show you how simple, everyday choices can make a tremendous difference in your health and well being.
Do you want more beautiful skin? Are you dealing with serious health issues, or do you want to avoid future health problems? Maybe you want to know more about organic foods and products, or weight management. How important are vitamins and supplements? Perhaps you are wondering what steps you can take now to make your living space a healthier and more welcoming place to be.
I can help you! I have spent years wading through the overwhelming amount of information that is out there! I will tell you what I know about specific topics, adding to the website each month. Plus, I have a great monthly newsletter I know you are going to enjoy! Affordable solutions and information you can use! I will offer you up-to-date health news, beauty tips, green living ideas, and easy recipes to try. In addition, I will address a specific health issue and introduce you to a local natural health provider.
I hold a Master of Science Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health, and am examination board Certified in Nutritional Wellness by the American Naturopathic Certification Board. I am an Associate Member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.
I have a private consulting practice, and often present seminars and workshops. I am a frequent guest speaker for various groups and clubs in the Tri-Cities area, and write a monthly column for the Kingsport Times-News Health & Wellness supplement.
As a whole foods chef, I enjoy showing people that anyone can cook, and that healthy food can be tasty and delicious.
Studies show that people who integrate their health care, by combining complementary and alternative health care modalities with conventional medical care, live longer, healthier lives.
Good health and true wellness allows you to live your life on your own terms.
